Meet Izzy
Izzy is an 18-year-old Pilates instructor who discovered just how powerful gentle movement can be after fracturing her hip, when Pilates became the only form of exercise she could safely do. What started as rehabilitation quickly turned into a deep appreciation for controlled, breath-led movement and the way it builds strength without strain. That experience shaped her belief that movement should feel supportive, not intimidating- and that Pilates truly can be adapted for every body.
Pilates is for absolutely every body- regardless of age, mobility or stage of life, and Mobility Matters exists to make that belief a reality.
